Policy
Cancellations - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will incur a 50% fee of the service total. No show appointments will incur a fee of the FULL appointment service total.
Late Arrivals - I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy. However, please know that if you are arriving 10 minutes late to contact me. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment but you may be asked to reschedule. If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered cancelled and the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.
