Q:How do I schedule an appointment?

A: I do all my own bookings. If you’d like to schedule an appointment, please contact me, via my cell phone, at 951-850-5120 (text or call)

q:where are you located?

A: I am located in the Phenix Suites in Orange across from Mainplace Mall in the Barnes & Noble Shopping Center. On your scheduled appointment time, please text me to confirm you have arrived and I will come open the front door for you.

q:Are extractions included in my facial?

A: Yes! All skincare services include extractions.

q:Do you require a deposit for bridal makeup?

A: Yes! After the bridal trial, a deposit will be required to secure your wedding date. The deposit will go towards your final total for the day of the wedding.

Q:Do I need to bring anything to the makeup appointment?

A: I am prepared with all the products to fit any skin tone, skin type, lashes, etc. If you have specific allergies, or prefer to use your own products—please feel free to bring them to your scheduled appointment.

Q:what is Brow shaping?

A: During each brow shaping, your appointment will consist of a consultation, trim, wax or tweeze, and lastly fill-in using Kelley Baker Brow® products (optional).


Q:what is a brow Lift?

A: This is a new trend in brows that is taking off! Brow lift is also known as Brow Lamination. This popular technique smoothes & softens the hair to give the brow a more lifted, feathered out appearance. Think of brow gel without the brow gel! This style is for someone looking to take their natural brows to their fullest potential. Also a great alternative to microblading. This appointment takes about an hour and last up to 6-8 weeks. Q:What forms of payment do you prefer?

A: Cash is best! However, the following forms of payment are accepted: checks, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash app, PayPal and Apple Pay.


Q:What products do you use for facials?

A: I’m a certified Dermalogica EXPERT. I use 100% of Dermalogica products in my backbar. I carry Dermalogica’s retail line and I can also recommend some after-care products for you to take home after your skin treatment.

Q:Do you have gift cards available?

A. Yes, gift certificates are available at Skin By Cassandra. If you’d like to purchase please call or text me 951-850-5120 . They can be mailed or picked up at a scheduled time.

Q:can you travel to me?

A: Yes! I am available for travel with a fee.
